Friendly and personable
We love Camp Bow Wow. I know my Max is well taken care of while he is there and he has so much fun he is worn out after a day at camp. The location and drop off/pick up times are so convenient.
I like being able to see my pup playing on the live cams. I do notice she comes home smelling extra stinky. So I recommend a bath after an over night stay. They are usually pretty good with following instructions you give them for your dog, but not always consistent. I’d put a fine point on anything super important about the care of your dog.
I do feel my pup has a good time there and she is not neglected, they care for the animals well.
Claudia is a different person when she gets home. She loved her oatmeal bath! Thank you all for looking after my baby!

Camp Bow Wow was a pleasant experience. I have only had my pup there for the interview process so far, but it was streamlined and I felt comfortable leaving her there. They have cameras in the indoor/outdoor areas so you can watch from the App on your phone while you're away. Each room was assigned someone to watch over the pups! Everyone was personable and nice!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to check in on our two beagles via the online video connection while we were visiting sites in New Orleans. Cost was reasonable. Whatever they used on the dogs during their grooming was amazing. They were so soft.
Will use Bow Wow whenever they are available during our travels with the dogs.

The staff is fantastic! was so nervous about my dogs behavior because she can be so unpredictable in new environments. Staff was able to ease her in and make her comfortable!

My dog is extremely shy of other dogs and Camp Bow Wow has separate sections to separate dogs and make my pup less stressed. I also like the human interaction in the pens.
Every single time I call everyone is so helpful and always calls back promptly. Whenever I go in all your employees are smiling and happy and always makes me happy 😊

That I can totally tell that the staff cares about my dog Henry. Any questions I have, the staff takes care of me. The staff is friendly. And you can tell that the dogs are happy. Great place!

Responsiveness and warmth to my puppy.
Gizmo just loves Camp Bow Wow. He can't wait to get there. The staff is wonderful and loving with all the dogs. I like that there are Camper Cams and I can see what Gizmo is doing in real time. The enrichments are fun for the dogs as well. This is the first time I have had to send a dog to doggie daycare and the difference in Gizmo's behavior has vastly improved. Highly recommend!
