A first time customer of Camp Bow Wow. My dogs were well cared for during my hospital stay. Being able to see them on the play area TV cams reassured me that were happy being with the other dogs. Folks there are very nice, friendly and clearly love their jobs. We're home now and they're both sleeping. Playing can really tire them out!

Just an observation - your parking lot has a strong smell of marijuana - not sure it comes from anyone at your site - could come from anywhere.
We love camp, both of our dogs attend and it is their favorite part of the week!

You are very attentive to the dogs under your care. It’s nice to be made aware of any problems my dog might have. Our dog seems to be intimidated by large dogs. It is very good to know that as we walk the trails around Reno and not everyone has control of their dog(s).
When I walk my dog on the trails, I carry pepper spray just in case.
I like the fact that Michelle grooms Onyx the way I request. She is so cute now.

I’m so happy we decided to give Camp Bow Wow a try!! I have a mini dachshund puppy who loves to romp and play all day. He gets all of his energy out at daycare and is such a happy, rested pup when he gets home at night! I love watching him on the WebCam, and it feels good to know he is interacting with other dogs and humans throughout the day while I am at work. My whole experience at camp thus far has been wonderful, and all of the employees have been friendly and attentive to my dog. I feel like the whole environment in general is very personal, and I love the whole “camp” vibe and a lot of the available add-ons for the pups. I have recommended the Dobson Ranch facility in particular to several folks already, and I look forward to having this be a fun, happy place to take my dog for hopefully several years to come!
The staff is always friendly and helpful with both humans and their animals. We feel very safe and secure leaving our puppy in their hands.
The staff at Camp Bow Wow Summerlin are always friendly and remember you (and your pet). Of course I'll never know what happens after "drop off" but my once timid dog now can't wait to go to camp! I give so much credit to this staff and the work they do to ensure dogs have fun and are safe when they aren't at home.
