Carson is excited to go every time I take him to camp. All the counselors are so caring and really get to know each and every dog. It’s been a relief to have a place to take him when I’m working, so I don’t feel guilty he’s sitting home alone. He gets to interact with other pups and get special one on one time with the counselors!
Staff...being able to see her interacting with other dogs and her sleeping quarters on my phone...the facility....
I feel like the staff there actually cares about the animals. I also love that they send pictures and videos (proof) of additional cuddle time. It makes being away from our dog so much easier.
Friendly staff. Copper is happy to go inside. It’s nice to be able to see him on the cameras, especially knowing he’s sleeping okay.

My dog, Charlie, and I both LOVE Camp Bow Wow! Everyone there is a dog lover and it shows. They are always so happy to see us. I feel very comfortable boarding Charlie at CBW knowing that he will socialize, play, eat, and sleep under the watchful eyes of the staff - plus I can check in on Camper Cam to see him for myself. We also really love to visit with Eric, the manager. He is completely dedicated to providing a clean, professional environment with energetic, loving people to care for all of our dogs. He is the best! Give Camp Bow Wow a try. Maybe we'll see you there!
I like that our girls can socialize and still have their own private suite where we can see them and know they are together and happy. The Spring Break, Dogs Gone Wild was so sweet. Thank you for the picture.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow, Springfield West is so welcoming, comforting, and super nice. Upon leaving I always feel very comfortable that my Dog in is in good hands.
Staff is friendly and Buster appears to be very comfortable with everyone. Front office staff handles the public well.
They have a great communication. My pups are always very happy when i picked them up also to be able to check up on them through the cameras is so helpful for my worries

You all are the best. Everyone I have met clearly loves what they do and I know my furbaby is well cared for. She certainly comes home exhausted after her day at camp. The minute I put her Camp collar on she is at the door and ready to go. When we get to Camp Bow Wow' she doesn't even turn around to acknowledge me- she wants to go play with her camp friends.
Our pup Tom LOVES Camp Bow Wow! We can't even say the name without him going crazy with excitement. Everyone there takes such good care of him when he's there for daycare or boarding. Tom greets all his friends (human and canine) with a big, enthusiastic hound dog howl every time he comes to camp!
