Cooper was turned away because of his anxiety from a few places. He is on medication but they didn’t care. Camp Bow Wow accepted him as he is they accept his quirks and love him anyway. Never a negative word when I pick him up. I highly recommend then
We like the ability to schedule and make changes to Ziggy's profile in the app, the staff are always kind, the video feeds are wonderful, and all the additional services that we can add to a daycare day.
I love how the the dogs have a set schedule so owners know exactly what they’re doing at all times. Secondly, the cameras with live video footage are the main reason why we chose Camp Bow Wow.

Very personable staff. I like the ability to be able to set up an appointment via email. Love that there are cameras of the play areas and that I was offered a tour of the facility. Really love that I don't need to make an appointment for day care but can just drop off my dog (this is a game-changer). And it's great that you don't charge extra for little things, like feeding my dog her own foods or giving her meds if need be. Plus, you offer flexibility on drop-off and pick-up times. All these things really add up and will be why I choose Camp Bow Wow over a facility like K9 Resorts (which is the polar opposite of you guys).

The Camp Bow Wow staff is great! They are very friendly and responsive when we have questions. We have our dog board at Camp Bow Wow for over 10 years and never had a problem. My dog also loves going and staying to Camp Bow Wow.

I’ve been sending my dogs for 14years to camp bow wow. They have been kind and caring to both my dogs. Some of the staff from day 1 are still there!!!!! The place is clean. Staff is fabulous. They are very accommodating. I wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else to play or board!!!

Very accommodating and friendly. I love that my fur baby is with other fur babies with tons of human interaction for most of the day versus staying kenneled for 22 hours. Additionally, the ability to see my dog in real time throughout the day via live video is comforting and reassuring🥰
