I use a fair bit of seamless (DOM) tube on a recurring basis. None of the steel suppliers in Huntsville, AL carry it, or would even agree to order it. On an off chance, I tried your store in Birmingham, AL. You agreed to special order it, and in doing so earned my DOM business. When friends need something special, I tell them to try you folks. The Birmingham office is friendly and easy to deal with.

The staff in Waukesha, WI is great to deal with. Your website is very easy to use and has a comprehensive listing of products. I only wish there was some consistency between online pricing and in-store pricing. I never know if I should purchase online or request an in-store quote as on occasion one may be nearly double of the other.
