Every step was easy. Ashlee was superbly helpful. Many times in situations where a customer is placing a small, first time, order and probably competing for time with contractors placing orders for tens of thousands of dollars the small order person is not treated on an equal basis and feels out of place. NOT the case here. Both people I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. HIGHLY recommend this business.
