Holly was so helpful in finding some really nice stainless steel pipe for building the stair railing in our new home. They took the time to show us some samples and were extremely fast with providing us a bid. Their sister store had the product on hand so it was available very quickly.
Called their office in the afternoon and was able to pick up the metal I needed the next day. Very friendly, and helpful people.
The aluminum I bought was just what I need to complete the cowling for me airplane at a lower cost where I was buying it before. My other supplier wouldn't sell to me as I was only buying small quantities at a time even though I was driving forty five miles to get what I needed.

My order was perfect.
Custom ordered some cut aluminum angle with large holes punched in them. Holes were not punched uniformly. Called them late in the afternoon with my complaint, and perfect replacement pieces were delivered early the next day. Great customer service is too rare these days! Mistakes occasionally happen, but how they reacted impressed me. This was less than a $200 order. These guys care about all of their customers!
My piece of metal was packed better than I could have hoped for in order for it to not be damaged during shipping.

You have a wide range of services but what I like most about you is when I called for a quote not knowing my options as far as steel quality (Hot versus cold rolled) you provided that option for both on my quote which helped me learn about the difference between the two and gave me a better product to make a better decision with.
Also, it was wonderful dealing with a company that had my product cut and ready to go within the same minute I walked through the door. Both employees I encountered were very polite. If I need anything I will be back.

Your staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was fantastic and the pieces of aluminum sheet I had ordered were already waiting for me when I arrived. Prices are fair and you had in inventory what I needed. It may not be part of your business model, but it would be fantastic it you offered some fabrication services in the future. I don't have a welder so it would be great if I could not only purchase the materials for a project, but have it welded together too. Even if you don't wish to do in-house fabrication and welding if you could partner with a local shop that would be willing to offer those services at a discounted rate that would be appreciated. For years I've purchased metals from a source in the Midwest but its great having a local source now available.
