Your stylists seem to understand and work well and proficiently with men's cuts while providing a very personable and tailored approach. My experience has been that I am greeted with a cheerful smile and feel valued as client beginning to end. I enjoy the personal attention and enthusiasm. Also the facility seems very clean, comfortable and organized without being "stuffy." Not especially tuned in to the TV sports, but I am sure it is a nice feature for many others. Thankfully the sound level is not too loud to be distracting or a hindrance to conversation with the stylist. Hope that continues. I have "Liked" the Terrel Hills facebook page and would gladly recommend it to friends and associates as opportunity presents itself.

The only power I have as a consumer is my buying power, where I decide to spend my money. My stylist listened to me as to how I wanted my hair cut. She was professional, courteous, and gave me her honest opinion to my questions. She tried to up sell me on additional products and services but did not do the hard sell. I appreciate the soft sell. I will be returning for future cuts.

There is a great staff that is exellent at cutting hair while you watch sports. I have never gotten a bad hair cut there yet.
Great ambience and the stylists are very attentive. I also like the Triple Play and MVP because I don't have to worry about getting hair all over and under my shirt. I can continue with my day after leaving Sports Clips without having to worry about that.
Professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness of hair stylist. She is very careful to explain my options for services and the corresponding fees, but does not pressure sell. She has a cheerful attitude and excellent work ethic and is easy to relate to. Location is convenient to my normal traffic patterns. Facility is clean, neat and well organized.

The Customer Service was excellent. I did not have to sit around and wait, like I had to at other places. Plus, the hot towel and massage was a great bonus. Oh, and I also got a great haircut at a good price! I would recommend this place to any of my friends!
