Wait time was Short and areas was friendly. However I was alittle bothered that I WAs told since it was my first visit i would receive a free MVP which i had to turn down due to time constraints, and in turn was charged for my haircut

Your place of business has a very friendly atmosphere, and that doesn't happen by accident: it starts at the top with proper management who first set the tone.
Also, the barber (barbarette??) names "Crystal" is the person I request to see. She gives individual attention to people that is so welcomed by everyone, I'm sure.
The Friendly attitude of every Employee Worker, just makes the customer feel so welcome! Being my first time, I definitely plan to go again.
