Positive atmosphere and the love everyone in the Modo community has for our practice
Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. This was only my second yoga class, so I felt very behind when it came to the poses. Afterwards I had a couple of people tell me that I did well (even though I didn’t feel like it.) honestly, I thought I was going to pass out in the middle of it, but I made it through and i’m So glad I did!

The facilities are very nice and the classes are wonderful! My instructor last week was wonderful and did a great job helping to understand how to modify positions for my body, either to make them simpler or to challenge myself. She was also extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable beginning my practice at Modo Yoga.

I LOVE the whole Modo Yoga Clifton Studio staff. They are friendly, warm and inviting. As someone new to my practice of yoga, they are patient as I learn and grow; explain in terms i can understand so I can truly benefit from my time at my mat, and helpful sharing tips to ease my personal health issues and benefits from practicing yoga. I've invited several friends and co-workers to visit and they all enjoyed their yoga sessions also.
The instructors, the atmosphere in the studio, the entire experience -- your Clifton team is nothing short of amazing!
The class was a great workout while also being restorative. Great instructor. I really like the dark, peaceful practice room at this studio.
I like the 7 am classes in Clifton. I wish you had more of them
Workout is/was invigorating/intense.... but fun. I know I'm becoming more bendable, flexible, more balanced, more bounce in my step. Teachers are very kind (good personalities) & small talk well w/customers. Haley Frye is my favorite (7 classes). Had one class w/ Leslie Sikes, Stephanie Fildes, Trisha Durham, Hadley Corpus. Leslie S was verbally encouraging to me. Very good sense of humor.

The best yoga I've ever done. I didn't like yoga until I tried MODO Hot Yoga! I'm hopefully going to buy a monthly pass next week. I've also been telling all my friends about my new addiction- hot yoga. Thanks for excellent service.

Great instructors - I like the pace of the classes, good music, temperature just hot enough to get a good sweat, size of room is spacious but still feels intimate
