I love yoga and I really enjoyed adding the aspect of heat. I feel it allowed me to stretch deeper and sweating so much felt cleansing. The instructors were all very welcoming and friendly. I also liked the positive vibes - you could tell how zen everyone felt afterwards through the friendly conversations in the locker rooms after class.

I am a member and I love Modo Clifton! The hot yoga classes are awesome & I love the instructors.
It was welcoming, relaxing and stress- free for our first hot yoga experience.
I was kinda nervous going into something so immersive that I've never done before. That disappeared when I walked in the door. The receptionists were really kind and helpful, and the teacher made sure to make me feel comfortable.
Modo really generates an atmosphere that helps you relax and take charge of your experience during the class. The instructor helped me understand a couple of poses quietly and without making me feel like I was standing out (hammers home the feeling that nobody is watching or judging you).
After my second class, I'm excited to attend more, and have already reached out to a couple of friends about trying out a class themselves
