I like everything about educogym, I had a month break from my training and could not wait to get back. Very pleasant people working there.
I felt completely at ease and non judged when I first arrived at the Dundrum Educogym.
All the staff were completely understanding and positive in understanding my goal and educating me in how to obtain my goal.
The sessions to do have been extremely professional and friendly. I do not feel self conscious while working out (which I have felt in any other gym the I have tried). The workouts are very quick and effective. I can see myself lasting very long term in the Dundrum Educogym where I would not have thought the same of any other gym.
One note I would make would to possibly suggest more meal ideas for the beginners diet.
Staff dedication and the results I have achieved
Quick in and out. Diary driven (by virtue of your booking system). Trainers on hand and attentive. Combination of dietary discipline (and information) with the exercise programme.
Attentive and friendly Staff that really care for the clients
I would suggest that it is important to warm up before launching into the exercises - even if its just for 2 minutes - you could injure yourself launching straight in.
Very friendly and supportive
Communication - more one to one email communication. I struggled to attend the gym due to work and family pressures and ultimately had to give membership up.
Not once did I get an email or phone call to encourage me back, or to see how I was progressing.
Nikki was very good to send me some routines to do while travelling with work but I get the feeling that if you're not attending classes, you don't want to know!
I'm down over 40lbs since joining - and even though I've not been "in" the gym, my weight loss is continuing at a rate of 2lb per week, just by following the Educo plan and doing the routines supplied.
I hope to return to Educo in the new year when I have more time.
I am only 8 days a client so I feel it is a little early to suggest improvements.

All the personal trainers are focused and committed to helping you achieve your goal and the gym itself is a very friendly place.
Tour of gym before joining. Just because it's small it's a reason to not be shown around. That said staff very welcoming.
I like that it's well structured well run and that it's easy to fit training into your day. The staff at Dundrum are very friendly and well informed
Very convenient. Outstanding instructors (Fran especially but equally Will, Conor and Noel). They all push me without bullying me. Even when there are several others in the class, they all manage to ensure that the 20 minute exercise is as productive as humanly possible.
