The only thing that saddens me tremendously is that the uptown location was closed because the Lakewood location is a real geographic challenge for me to make it to! :-(

Great teachers, great workout and flexible times. Love the new 60 minute option. Would love to get a fan installed in the bathrooms since the morning classes are so large now with one studio. So many folks shower and it gets really warm and humid.

I like everything. The only complaint I have is recently the room has not been hot enough and that is what I love about this practice the good sweat. For me the hotter the better. It has been inconsistent and there have been times I have been hesistant to come to class because I wasn't sure I would get a good work out if I wasn't sweating. Other than that yall are so awesome. I love the studio, staff and all my yoga family.
The attention the intructors gives to every member. This made it less intimidating as a beginner. Also no time is wasted. The classes move along very smoothly and not rushed.
