Everyone was very welcoming!!! It was my first time in the studio, and it's been a long time since I've done yoga, but I didn't feel out of place! The teacher greeted me very warmly and made sure I felt welcome. After class, several other students told me I did a good job. It felt good to not feel like an outsider. I recently went to another yoga studio in the city and everyone stared at me and knew I didn't belong, so I never went back. It was nice to feel like I fit in from day one at Bikram Yoga Dallas and I'll definitely be back soon!!!
I love the professionalism of the teachers and the nice new studio. I started in the old studio on Mockingbird. In the new studio, the heating unit is much smoother. The locker room also is bigger (although still crowded after class). The bikram yoga is so calming for me but only if I can get to class on a regular basis, and I really have trouble doing that because of work & family obligations. If I only show up occasionally, then the postures and heat are just too much. I love bikram yoga, and I do recommend your studio. I just can't seem to get there myself. Maybe one day, my life will slow down...

I have a love/hate relationship with bikram yoga. However, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help improve your postures. I particularly appreciate when they take the time to give feedback during class or call your name. It helps make the class extra personal amongst a group of sometimes 30 people. The facilities are clean and life plenty of amenities to keep you clean and ready to continue with your day without having to go home. Also, there are so many classes that it's difficult not to find one class to meet your needs.
