I like the atmosphere . The staff is very polite Very helpful. As for myself , my trainer ; Debbie Barry has helped make a major difference in my life . Because of the onset of a heart problem , I had to stop my regular exercises I had done for most of my life. . She changed all of that . Her medical expertise in rehabilitation as well as her knowledge of the “right training , the right exercises “ has given me a motivation , an on going desire to” keep going” I have regained a strong dedication to be in better shape, to maintain a desire to continue getting a better blood pressure. . I want to thank her for the last 4 months learning what I have . I want to make it least 40 more months under her guidance.. Thank you Debbie Thank you very much CFF Rocklin for giving members someone who goes the extra distance . Who has both understanding as well compassion.

Convenient location, low key and friendly

Usually manage to go at a time when it’s not too busy. Longer hours, especially on the weekends be nice but realistically I go before 2:00 or 3:00 anyway on the weekends.
Towel service be nice.
I’ve been going to this location on and off since @ 2007 back when it was the Alhambra Athletic Club- MUCH cleaner and better run now
Only gym I’ve belonged to while in Sacramento.
Every once in awhile consider the Capitol Athletic Club, probably just for the prestige I guess, 🤷- but it’s way more expensive and not a good location for me …so - ALL good

The atmosphere is outstanding

There is a good mix of age groups there. The music has a good mix with all ages in mind. The facility is very clean. And being a serious shopper, they sell up to date good quality clothing.

The staff & trainers are very friendly, professional, and positive! And the classes are a lot of fun! Everyone is so nice and supportive. The gym and the pool are clean, and the equipment is always tidy.

The club is nice, and it is clean and spacious plenty of equipment for everybody to use plus remain socially distant or just distant. I love when the gym is almost empty and I can just single way to my music while on the treadmill and not have to bother anybody with my amateur singing voice. The pool is very nice and big. And the spa as nice as well as the two saunas they have.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference in my experience! My son and I love the pool area and he is loving kids center as well

Air conditioning, snacks, free weights, machines, and equipment. Eye candy, pools, spa, sauna. Basketball court, racquetball courts.

the staff is friendly and the place is clean. Some of the machines need to be replaced from wear and tear but overall the facility is well maintained. It is large so you never feel crowded.

I love that this gym has a large space and multiple gym equipment. Additionally amenities such as the sauna, steam room, pool, the basketball court and more are a huge plus. It is kept clean and the workers have been so nice so far.
