James my Trainer is a wonderful, helpful person who I feel is truetype concerned about keeping me in the best shape I can be. The facilities are clean and the equipment is in great condition. I look forward to each time I go in those doors.
This gym feel comfortable. All of the staff are friendly, and able to answer your questions. Also, it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room in addition to traditional cardio and strength equipment.

Very small, pool is just for water aerobics! Very Clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love Greenhaven I normally go to Laguna Elk Grove for the water lanes, currently swimming laps, my husband and I have to take are own clock for times because the swimming clock has been broke for the last three weeks and nobody has done anything! This is the dirtiest gym ever! It used to be so clean ! Outside deck is horribly crumbled all over and it goes in the pool???? What happen to caps on hair that is longer than shoulders, I get hair stuck on my toes and in my finger every time I go 3 times a week. Shall I continue?
