I will say that the cleanliness of the club has really gone down hill. There's black mold in the men's shower area, gum in the showers, the tops of the lockers haven't been dusted in years. The club needs a deep clean.

Friendly and clean. Kids are is always great for my child. The extra monthly activities are always looked forward to by my child as well.

The instructors are really excellent and course offerings are very diverse. The pool area, however, really needs some TLC and I hope the sauna is back in commission very soon.

i like this location in relation to the others i have gone to because it is all there out on the floor,
very open and easy to access. the pool is always a treat and the staff, from Josh on to all the others have always been friendly and helpful. it seems like a place where people are more relaxed...but, having said that, i just tend to go in the later mornings. i haven't gone in the
later afternoon early evening periods. anyway, that's what i like about the Arden Family Fitness Center.
