Personally it is location . Being retired I find I have full access to equipment . The big disappointment is not having a whirlpool . I had paid $450 since January and used the gym once . Bring 63 yo a whirlpool certainly helps with the aches and pains .

I like the convenience of having a gym that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I have NO EXCUSE for not going to the gym.

The BAC Express is clean and airy and in a convenient location with lots of parking. The variety of equipment is good, and the manager Ron is very helpful and friendly. Also the trainer I work with, Chris Fontaine, is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is able to provide work-rounds for those of us who have some chronic physical issues. He is a very important part of team as far as I am concerned.

The club has everything you need for a thorough workout and the pool and courts are an added feature. Staff is very polite.
I love your water classes. I have been attending them for the past three years and thoroughly enjoy these exercise classes; not only are the instructors top notch but I have met many new people through these classes. I have just this week begun PT at Soul Physical Therapy and was very impressed with my first visit.
