The technician was very friendly and courteous. He was very quiet and thoughtful of my wife sleeping after working overnight the night before. Everything seemed to go well and our ducts are clean now. Thank you!

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, the cleaner came promptly and they did a good job. They moved furniture, put plastic sheets under furniture legs so as not to stain the carpet, and even left me additional sheets for the chairs that I had moved into my kitchen. They carpet looks great!

Doug was our service man- he was EXCELLENT! Very professional and explained our options to us. The carpet turned out fantastic- we had a spot in the office and he was able to get 90% of it out:) Very pleased with Zerorez, this is out 2nd time and I have recommended you several times.
