I'll start with your personnel! I've had the privilege to work with your Lincoln, Nebraska associate on multiple occasions. Pete … comes on time, explains everything necessary for our appointment. If there are add-on services, we work together to decide how best to address them. Indeed, I asked to have a pet stained area which had been there for some time - we handled it ourselves long before Zerorez had a chance to address it - and he stated he couldn't promise full resolution but would try. He did a great job with what he faced. Was pleased with his honesty and determination to try. In the end, the carpet was totally cleaned with just a trace of the stain left. Can't ask for more. Now for the services … the very first time we had Zerorez clean our carpets, we noticed our beloved cats wallowing on the clean, fresh carpets and enjoying the end results. We love our cats, so we were sold. As they say in some old commercials … "It's the water, and a lot more."
