I like the fact that I didn't have to remove the hand painted Talavera tile backsplash that I installed myself many years ago. I was able to find a color of granite that was perfect with the tile, cabinets, appliances and flooring.
The entire process was convenient and simple. The salesman provided a thorough explanation of the process, as well as, what to expect. The installer provided the same excellent service. I had been reluctant to have granite countertops installed because I didn't want our kitchen "torn up" replacing the old countertops, etc. The installation of the granite overlay only took 3 1/2 hours (i.e., 8:00am - 11:3oam). When you look at the finished product; no one would know that it was an overlay! The whole process was great and the next day we were back in the kitchen cooking and working without any major loss of time.
Installation men were clean and polite and did a very good job. I was very pleased with the final product and have gotten many compliments on my "new" kitchen.
I really was glad that the old countertops did not have to be removed and demolished. That was the biggest decision maker there. The employees were well-mannered and did an extremely good job and cleaned up after the job was done. I still have a countertop that I was not going to cover but have changed my mind now. I'm going to try to get that done asap. The granite looks beautiful and the insets really add to the entire project.

The installers were friendly and professional individuals who worked as a team. They reported to our home at the designated time, and tried to complete the "transformation" in a timely manner. Each technician seemed to take pride in the project. The clean-up at the end of each day was wonderful. All of our questions were answered and concerns addressed.

We like the service because it was installed in one day, minus the plumber needing to come the next day, no maintaince needed, and looks great. Little bit pricey, but we are hoping it is worth it in the long run.
All the people were so nice, honest, and patient. They kept the work area very clean and they made sure they didn't track anything in the house. It didn't take too long to install and they gave instructions on how to clean the new countertops and new sink. And it all looks AMAZING!!!!!!
