We really enjoyed your showroom and the representative that explained the process and products. The final product exceeds our expectations and the disruption to the kitchen was minimal. The installation crew did an expert job and was able to make a minor adjustment to the pattern to seal a gap where the new slide-in oven was installed.
Great product,both appearance and durability. Work was done in accordance with schedule. Installers were punctual, courteous and left our home clean every day. Installers were friendly and easy to talk to and answered any questions we had during the installation process. Recommended plumber and shower door companies were also very professional and performed flawlesly.

But.....still haven't received the warranty and cleaning instructions (have called a week ago - install was 1 month ago).
All of the workers from Sales to Plumbers were ver professional and very skilled The product is beautiful and my install went great. The fabracator did a great job of listening and fitting my kitchen counters and blacksplash to my satifaction and the installers were professional and very conscience of cleaning as they went. I am very pleased with my kitchen transformation and the transformers
The entire process from visiting the showroom to the in-home visit for measuring and selection to the installation was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and you can't beat one-day installation. We had our kitchen countertops done and our fireplace tile replaced and we love the results. When my wife came home from work the day they were installed, all she kept saying was, "wow....oh wow!"

We love the look of our new kitchen. The granite countertops and granite/tile backsplash are beautiful. We loved that all of the work was done in one day and that the installers did a great job keeping the kitchen clean during the process.
Everyone was straight forward, no "grey" area.....very precise, friendly and accomidating.....not pushy and really listened to our wants and needs..Not to mention that the final prodoct looks great and that they installed it in a timely fashion.
