Love my new countertops
We are only familiar with the acrylic tub liner and wall surround having just had it installed in our bathroom. The acrylic has a nice appearance and is easy to keep clean. The installer, Al, did an excellent job fitting it into the existing opening. It has really improved the appearance of our bathroom.
We experienced an unexpected problem when we were told the wall surround we wanted would not be available after all, but Granite Transformation's owner and customer service resolved the problem promptly to our complete satisfaction. We were also impressed that the installer, Al, took the time to come back to our house to explain exactly how the product would be installed so that we no longer had any questions. We were assured by all that we would be very happy with the finished job and we are.
Quality was everything I expected it to be, the installation was was right on schedule and they keep me update throughout the process.
Your designer Craig Coombs was extremely helpful in selecting/designing our kitchen transformation. The installation team was top notch very neat and helpful in explaining all about work that was being done. The finished products was 100% better than we had expected. We are very happy that we selected your company to bring our kitchen into the 21 century.
The product and services were great. My kitchen looks fabulous. I am showing it off every chance I get. I have no complaints when it comes to their craftsmanship and expertise. The workers were very professional and courteous. However I would advise anyone coming on board with Granite Transformations to read their contract thoroughly before signing it and giving them a down payment. I thought that the sales rep misinformed me and she was hard to get a hold of after I had given her my check in the amount of $521.00. Please know that once you do this you need to make sure that you are aware that you have a time constraint to meet and that if you go past 30 days you forfeit your deposit and you owe a certain % of the quoted project even if you decide that you found someone cheaper or you have just simply changed your mind. I felt that I was misinformed and not made aware of this. I was pretty much forced to go through the project because they refused to return my deposit as well as they wanted me to pay an additional $700 some odd dollars. According to Granite Transformations this was in their contract. Lesson for the day; make sure you read what you are signing and that you are very well aware of your options when writing someone a check as a deposit hold only. My suggestion to Granite Transformations is to properly train their sales associate not to be manipulative to your customers in order to make commission on their next pay check. Thanks to Granite Transformations I have a picture perfect kitchen that I have only dreamed of. I love it! Fantastic job!

My wife and I enjoy the beauty, durability and the ease of keeping clean. Also we like the 60/40 sink. Our granddaughter also likes the sink, she even helps wash the dishes now. This was a good purchase for our home.

Yes, the whole thing was thrilling. Since I lived in military housing or apartments before I bought my condo, I never renovated anything. Rahual and Fernando were the best. They were always courteous and always professional. Nancy also was first class. Since I had signed up so long before I got everything started, she helped me to go over everything I had decided on about a week before construction started. Yes all my neighbors and friends have been very interested in seeing it and love it also. I would have to know what my name would be used for before saying yes. Thanks again.

I love my countertops but I'm not happy with the sink that we had to buy because apparantly the countertops couldn't be cut to fit my sink.
Staff are friendly and professional. Installation went quickly, and they left no mess (just a little dust) after removing our old sinks, faucets, and back-splash and installing the new sinks, faucets, back-splash, and countertops. We're very pleased with the results!

Very durable, pretty and price is right. I also like the fact that the granite top goes over my countertop. No destruction of the kitchen.
