Quick and no mess.
The look, the convenience and the attentiveness of your staff, although, I have two concerns, one relatively inconsequential and the other more serious. The first - I think the installers missed a couple of places with the edge sealing. The second, more major - your plumber deemed it necessary to install a new trap because the old one apparently had a crack. He did this at no charge to me, however, ever since the installation the kitchen drains did not drain properly. I paid $150 to have the problem fixed.
SURFACE IS VIRTUALLY INDESTRUCTIBLE AND VERY EASY TO CLEAN; VERY ATTRACTIVE AS WELL.

My counter tops, sink, faucet and back-splash is absalutly stuning. The Service was great and the installers and plumber were very profesional and friendly. This is the second time we chose Granite Trasformations because the product is Beautiful. Thank you for my new kitchen.

The ForeverSeal non-porous finish on the surfaces is a huge positive factor (not to mention it all looks amazing). Your services couldn't have been better. Darcie's assistance in choosing pattern and color was a delightful experience. She also aided us in suggesting a layout for cabinets and counterspace in an area of wasted space in our kitchen we had been stuggling to visualize. We like the fact that it is granite and can take a beating and still look new. We liked the fact that it was done without demolition of out kitchen. The service was very good, came on time and did the work they said would be done. Very nice people to deal with, happy with out results!
All of our interactions with GT reps and employees were efficient, pleasant, and focused on our needs and wishes. Our free estimate with Nancy was pleasant, informative and exciting. When we visited the showroom, several members of the staff were exceedingly helpful as we double checked colors and compatibility with our already-installed kitchen materials.
And finally the installation !! The crew of two did a terrific job, kept our home as clean as possible, and made some serious adjustments on the fly with no objections or complaints: several pieces of the backsplash had been inaccurately measured so needed to be recut on site. Brian & Pablo did a masterful and professional job and our kitchen looks awesome!! Family and neighbors have already commented on how great the new counters and backsplash look. Fast and professional installation.
We are very pleased with the excellent service. We love the look of the countertops, high backsplash and sink. However, if we had been informed, prior to purchase, of the extra care required of the Mother of Pearl specks within our countertops, we would have made a different selection. We really wanted countertops that had no speciat extra care issues since we had white ones previously which were impossible to keep clean.
They are beautiful. The job was done extremely well. Our salesperson was friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative criticism I have is I was under the impression that the sinks would be in place along with the new faucets, and all we had to do was hook up the plumbing underneath. Apparently I misunderstood, but I wish that had been made more clear during the initial sale. It would not have made a difference; meaning we still would have purchased from Granite Transformations, but we would have been more prepared for the time involved to finish the installation.
The services we received were outstanding but we have not really had sufficient time to use the tops to fully evaluate their use.
Time schedule was met. Folks were very informative and answered all questions without hesitation. Work was done very well with full cleanup at the end of the project. We are delighted with the outcome.

The fact that it can be put over the existing counter top and that it does not need a coating to be put on every year. The salesman and installer were nice and helpful.
I know a person does not run their hand on the under side but it would be nice if the 'glue' or whatever they put on the botton between the old counter and the new granite (cause the old counter is smaller) could be a bit smoother.
Its easy to clean and looks beautiful. The installer was good at his craft and did his job without mess or noise.

The help we got in chosing colors for the counter tops while at the store and the help when you visited our home--telling us how the counter top can be made to fit our needs. When putting in the counter top in our bathrooms answered all our questons and working with us on the placement of the vesel sink.We were well please --4 years ago you put in our kitchen counter tops and now the two bathroom counter tops We are well pleased with them all--Thanks for a job well done.
