It's a friendly atmospher. There are a wide range of class times that fit my schedule. Alyson knows and explains the anatomy and physiology behind the exercises and poses she chooses. I feel like I get a really good workout and feel great when I leave.

The Yoga Basics classes with Betsy are superb. The studio is clean, inviting, serene, a wonderful place for re-energizing, re-connecting, re-awakening connection with self and others.

I would recommend the studio highly to friends and family (and I have). I found the space to be inviting. The schedule allows you to catch a class no matter what your day entails. The best part of Yoga Den is the staff - extremely friendly and helpful. My personal practice is Ashtanga - so I did miss that piece of the equation but everything else about Yoga Den was wonderful............thank you.

The instructors are friendly and knowledgable. The classes are a perfect combination of strengthening, stretching, and balance. Just what I was looking for!

Yoga Den has something to offer every yogi whether it is their first time on the mat or they are very experienced. I especially love that all the different teachers have their own unique style and that more styles of yoga and workshops have been added to the schedule. I have and will continue to recommend Yoga Den :)

Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer. The workouts are intense and the convenience of the Yoga Den's location is a huge plus!

It was a unique experience and very peaceful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was relaxed and stress free. This was my first yoga class ever and I liked that it was go at your own pace and was easy to follow. The instructor was helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

The man behind the desk on Saturday May 18 at 10am was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't fell that I was out of place as it was my first time there and attending a yoga class. I loved my yoga class and definetly would try that class again when I'am in town; depending on the pricing.
