Yoga Den focuses only on yoga. The instructors come to class with enthusiasm, and it is contagious. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed and oh-so-yoga. Every class is a new adventure.

Love the ambiance. Peaceful as soon as I park. Heather is the best yoga instructor ever, and I've had a lot. The mindful yoga class has changed my life in beautiful ways. I try to drag all my friends with me:). I really really love the alcove with the trees and the lighting. Harsh lighting and yoga don't mix for me!

Allison, is the best teacher ever. Her classes are super fun & she explains everything to avoid from people getting injured. She is funny, sweet & 100% REAL & that is why i love coming to her classes when i am not put of town for soccer tourneys or @ wk late.

I have been away for about a month & it felt so good to get my yoga fix yesterday morning.

My opinion of your wonderful studio hasn't changed since the last time I filled out a survey :)
I like the recent changes and I'm glad to hear of your plans to make the studio larger. I don't mind the crowded classes but it's not always convenient to arrive so early to assure myself a space. It'll be nice to arrive 5 minutes before a popular class, and know that I'll have a spot.

I love the aura of the den- and the instructors all genuinely are there to help you make it your best practice. every body type, shape and limitation is considered and treated equally- with compassion. They teach each class with options depending on where you are in your practice.
