As I’ve stated before: Yoga Den provides a quality environment, the paradigm for all yoga practices. The instructors, the workouts, and the facilities create a very positive experience. (The cafe is awesome, too!)

I do wish that there was still reciprocity. I have been a member for a few years now and when I joined this was one of the selling points- wish it was still there for long term members- even if it were just for a class or two per month :)

My first-ever class was Mind Body 7.14.19 led by Khristi Keefe. She was terrific. LOVED the chilled peppermint-oil cloth. Practice room is a good size; entire space is thoughtfully organized and appointed. Website is attractive, online registration user friendly. I've been taking group fitness classes at the JCA (pilates mat, kickboxing, others) since 2014. Adding classes at Yoga Den to my weekly routine is a welcome addition. Thank you.
