The new facility is beautiful. All the staff were friendly, and welcoming. Alyson always has this wonderful blend of instruction with mindfulness cues. Her classes are everything I am looking for in a guided practice.

I am welcomed graciously each time I go to Yoga Den Mandarin. The atmosphere is inviting and chill even in the transition of moving to a new space. I feel there is a genuine desire to share love and make people healthier and happier.

I took my first yoga class on Wednesday evening with Heather and it was more than I expected! I am taking another class today and looking forward to any more!

I like how consistent your classes are especially your Mind & Body. I look forward to starting up the Power Hour classes again because those are a great work out. I do have some feedback on the Saturday 4:30 class I recently went to in Mandarin. The instructor had a nice flow to his class but he talked way too fast and it was hard to understand what he was saying during the whole class. The music was nice though.

People are friendly,instructors are, overall atmosphere is good,classes are good.
