I think the instructors are very friendly and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. I am new to yoga and this makes it less intimidating! :-)

Hey, there's no rating listing for how I feel about Yoga Den-- it would have to be 1000% satisfied, gratified, exercised and mesmerized!

You offer warm personal interaction with instructors, totally awesome assistance and instruction. A wide variety of classes from which to choose. You're very accepting of folks from every walk of life, sensitive to most any condition of health or fitness level of your clients.

Consider me a "lifer" at your studio. Love you guys! See you tomorrow!

I like the variety of classes and times that are available. No matter how hectic my day is - I can always hit a class. I am really enjoying the Yin adn restorative. The teachers are supportive and encouraging but make sure I know that it's "my class". I like the general atmosphere. Nice people - welcoming environment.

I knew from the first moment I went to Yoga Den almost seven years ago as a visitor from Key West it was amazing! I had never done Power Yoga before, but quickly discovered it is the Yoga for me!

I travel the world for my work and try and take a yoga class everywhere I go and Yoga Den is right there at the top of the list compared to others.

What a chill atmosphere! The studio and everyone in it is so incredibly warm and welcoming. There are talented teachers, a great variety of classes, a beautiful space, and wonderful vibes. :)

Friendly, open, and laid back atmosphere. The variety of classes offered are what initially attracted me. I used to go to MBody and got frustrated because the atmosphere is very rigid and there is no class variety.

Best overall type of exercise I have done in my adult life, and it produces better results the older I get. Hard to believe exercise can actually be fun. Your personalities, atmosphere and music add to the experience. Matt Weaver

What do you like about our services?

I was introduced to power Yoga from my dear friend L.M. She told me about it over a year ago & I have been hooked ever since. I enjoy coming to Allison's class cause she is funny, crazy (in a good way ;P), honest, down to earth and "REAL".

I have tried other yoga studio's & they do not give me the bumb kicking classes that Allison offer's. I also like all the other instuctor's, they are all super sweet :)

Yoga den is a warm , friendly atmosphere and all the instructors are well trained and happy to assist you
