I love that at every visit there are recommendations for easy to prepare healthy meals that were helpful in losing weight and now maintaining my weight. The selection of food products available is amazing and I love that every time I come there is always some type of special on the foods. Michelle gives an amazing facial and is very knowledgeable about which products are appropriate for my age and skin type. I feel like when I go to the West Ashley office I am going to visit friends. They have helped me lose weight and get healthy!!
