easy to schedule, friendly staff
Coming into the office is always a pleasure as the ladies are so welcoming and encouraging. I come specifically for the weight loss program but I have also used the spa services and both are excellent. There are always great deals on offer and I do purchase my vitamins and weight loss food products from the office too. It's a 'one-stop shop' for everything I need to keep me on track and losing!

Friendly staff
When I called they went through the services on the phone as well as pricing, which was a surprise considering others I had called told me come in and we will discuss. I appreciated that they were confident in their program enough to tell you what they can and cannot do for each person. They talked about actual results and a slow but steady program of regaining health.
The initial introduction was friendly and professional. My first appointment was during a very busy time for the office and yet I felt that I received the personal attention that beginning a new plan required. The PA on staff was attentive and never felt rushed, she answered all my question and provided feed back that has helped greatly. The nurse walked me through the program and what I could do to start the process of getting healthy. I left impressed by the staff and their actually wanting to see each person succeed. All the clients that I meet in the lobby were excited about their progress and the support they received. All in all very impressed.
I love the support and knowledge provided during my weight loss journey. The staff is always supportive in helping me to achieve my goals. I also enjoy the esthetic services offered. Chelsea, the esthetician, is extremely knowledgeable with regards to skin care and coming up with a plan that is individualized.
