ERS explained not only the disposition (total loss/ok/etc.) of each appliance, but why & what was wrong. I was very pleased to understand.
Additionally, ERS personnel went above & beyond to ensure I was able to retrieve old oven racks from my oven deemed a total loss. Their effort meant the world to me.

You took very good care of my items. You returned them to me cleaned and wrapped when my home was done. Thank you, so much.
Everybody was very helpful and respectful of our belongings. The restoration of our artwork and pictures was very professional.
He was very friendly and very nice person. And he talked to me and my husband and let us know about things that was damaged and what wasn't in the house.
