I was very pleased with the service you provided to restore my electronics after a devastating fire at my house. I am very thankful to have my computer and all of its components working once again and want to thank all of those involved. I am very much impressed with my insurance company, Allstate, who has assembled excellent companies to assist in getting my life back to "normal" - and it very reassuring to know all of those companies communicate with each other and with me so both they and I know who's doing what and when...

Every employee was very professional in their work and did a very good job. They were also very kind and polite to us and showed a great deal of compassion to us when we were dealing with the after maths of our house catching on fire.

I didn't know they existed before major water damage to our home. They are extremely professional and thorough in their restoration process. Anything that is lost is cataloged and submitted to the insurance company for claims purposes. They are a first rate organization and I was glad they were on board with our house restoration!

The process went pretty smoothly. I would just suggest maybe giving customers an estimated processing time up front. I had no idea how long it would take and had to follow up several times to find out what the status was. Overall, I was very pleased with the services.

The fast, friendly, service by the office people, and the service people. Large, heavy, items (eg. stove, refrigerator, etc) were delivered back, installed, and checked out with no damage to the walls, floors or doorways. And, the service people appeared happy to be helping us.

The people delivering our things were very helpful and prepared to do whatever was asked. I kept the requests to a minimum, asking them to take only heavy items upstairs and to unwrap a few things I need soon.
