Dealing with Lindsay Ross was a pleasure. She is up front and honest. Her personnel picked up my potentially water damaged electronics gear within a few days of my water incident. As a result of her evaluation, I was informed that only 3 of my items were an unrepairable loss. I was pleasantly surprised, relative to the damage in my basement, where the electronic items were located. Hopefully, I’ll never need ERS services again, but if I would, ERS would certainly br a choice of an organization to contact. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
