Consistency of classes but small differences between instructors. Class times are frequent and it's easy to find some to fit in my schedule. Variety if classes to try

I am currently attending the yoga barre Pilates class lead by Heather. She is extremely organized, punctional and makes sure we work hard. She's great and I love the classes.

I like how all staff quickly remembers my name, even if I don't necessarily introduce myself. The peaceful environment and tea after my practices is also a really a nice way to re-enter the real world once I'm finished!
