It's my favorite yoga place in town, and I have tried a few. Friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing workout, non-intimidating atmosphere.

The classes are getting quite packed, however, and it's hard to get a spot.

Welcoming atmosphere, great instructor, amenities in locker room/at studio are convenient. This was my first hot yoga class and I did not feel intimidated like I might have at other yoga studios in the Twin Cities.
