very relaxing...most instructors are great and help out with the postures...it's a good blend of relaxation and work out... the place doesn't stink, unlike other hot yoga places I have been to.Two thumbs up :)

I like the cleanliness of the facility, the consistent schedule and the way everyone is always trying to improve their classes. I like that I still love going even after doing the same class for 3 months.

I like that as soon as you open the door everyone is extremely inviting and friendly! It's always nice to be remembered by your first name without having to say a word, makes you feel at home, I know that you all see a ton of people a day so I admire the fact that you are able to commit it to memory. The instructors are awesome, always going the extra length to make sure that while they may not be physically adjusting your pose, they still make verbal ques to help you make your own adjustments. There is always a lot of encouragement and motivation to deepen your practice, this is a great reminder, especially at the end of your day! I also enjoy the playlists during Flow and Hatha...I REALLY WISH THAT THESE PLAYLISTS WERE POSSIBLY POSTED ONLINE *hint hint*

hot rooms, good instructors, always friendly staff and recently they've added little markers for mat spacing. hooray for mat markers!

I love the wide arrange of classes that continue to be offered at Modo. Since I've started attending barre classes, as well as yoga classes, it's been absolutely great.

Everyone was very friendly. The facilities are very clean. You have brushes, hair dryers, etc for getting ready for work after class.

Friendly! Great assortment of classes and class times! Great waiting area with lots of space and a comfy honey atmosphere! I enjoy the class space with all the windows!

I like the zen and welcoming atmosphere. Also, the classes are tough but doable for all levels.

Check in was easy with my groupon. The online pre-register option is convenient. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Many classes available. 4:45 classes or 5:00 classes would be even better for after work :)

What do you like about our services?

Mostly, I like, a lot, the teachers at Modo Mpls. I appreciate the unique dialougue offering new/other physical cues and spiritual insights.
Also, I like the heated yoga classes.
I like the many classes offered throughout the day/evening.
