I've been to some other studios that are just way too hot and smell bad, I like that you don't use carpet in the studio and even though some days are really hot it is usually a good temperature. The flow classes are great, and locations are perfect.

It was a welcoming environment. It was my first time there but the instructor was engaging amd exciting. I felt at home and i was motivated to give 150%. The class size was perfect as well!

Instructors are very relational and approachable. Everything is available for you in case you forget water or something. Classes are consistently good and well taught. I personally appreciate the intention setting without the other spiritual teachings as I have my own religious beliefs. I have been in classes at other places where you feel you are being influenced by the religious belief behind yoga.
One improvement would be the change rooms- they are so crowded it is difficult to navigate them.

recently suffered a shoulder injury , have not done yoga for over a year ,mentioned it to instructor at beginning of class and he was very helpful with poses to avoid and kept eye on me during class . way to go

The first class I took was easy to follow and very enjoyable. Although the humidity level will take a little getting used to for me.

Excellent teachers! Phil is awesome!!!! I love the intentions of the class. Great physical challenge. My only challenge is trying to get into class when I am a paid monthly member. Classes filll up so fast when the period of groupons occur.

Everything was thought out. Shoe room, place to put blocks, decales on the floor for where to put your mat. So friendly.
