Had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I don't live in Raleigh - was just visiting to see my parents. I'm sure I'll be back again with my mom next time I'm in town.

The energy, the 45 minute lunch workout and the instructors - well trained and extremely welcoming. I like they correct my posture to get the best results from the workout.

Each instructor has a different approach to their classes and they are all great! It’s the most friendly place to walk into I love it! And I feel so good after each class!

Loved the intensity and energy of the instructor, Emily. She took special care of me since it was my first class; however, all students received one-on-one attention for motivation and correction of form. Will be back!

Barre3 has been amazing!! It’s all about doing what’s best for your body! I have a bad knee and can’t do a lot of exercises, but the amazing instructors always give me a way to hit my target muscle without further injury. The Felida location has the most amazing staff, always friendly and welcoming. Whether it’s your first class or you’re a seasoned participant, they treat you just like family!
