I started barre3 classes just nine months ago, after wanting to try barre for a while. Barre3 is perfect for me as I wanted to add cardio and strength training to complement my gentle yoga practice of many years. I had no idea I would also find such a high level of support from the instructors as well as a very diverse student population! Being 71 yo now, I find the energy of the classes so motivating! And I don’t have to be perfect, just keep on going! As a result I’ve noticed many positive changes in my body. Who knew?!? Thank you, barre3, you are a perfect fit for me.

I absolutely love everything about Barre3 in Doylestown. A welcoming environment, great instructors and a well rounded full body workout. Unfortunately I moved out of state but whenever I’m in town, I make it a point to take a class or two.

The classes are so fun and the instructors are great,
I always have a great experience here! I was able to call the studio to get into class at the last minute, which is super helpful for my schedule. And even though the class was full, our teacher made sure that everyone had room to work out, and that we all were able to do the exercises at an intensity level that worked for our bodies. She was great, motivating and made it fun as well as challenging. I love the studio and really appreciate the teachers and staff.
Lynn's classes are always amazing. I returned to the studio after having not gone for a few years. She was still working here, and I was thrilled to get into her class. Her workout was challenging, but not impossible for me. I sure was sore the next day, heheh!

The format of the classes, and the quality of the work out that I receive is excellent but it’s truly the people at the studio that make the difference. From the cheerful front desk employees to the always supportive instructors, that’s what keeps me coming back. The owner Tiffani is also wonderful to interact with.

I really enjoyed Jessica’s class this week — a great mix of exercises including some cardio. And modifications were easy to make with my bum knee. Also fun energy in the class.

Barre 3 Camas is a place to both calm my mind from life’s daily stress and to push myself to build my core strength with the positive supportive Barre3 instructors who provide modifications and words of affirmation through the exercises. It is also a community where I have met some wonderful people who inspire me to push myself a little more.
