It's clean and friendly
The 60 minute class is equal parts fun, challenging, and personal. Not only do the instructors connect to the clients by name and use great hands-on modifications to correct form and alignment, but even better...to take me deeper.
It's a great addition to my weekly routine of Boot Camp three days a week. It pushes me and really makes me sweat, but I can work at a level that is comfortable for me.
I appreciate the early morning, evening and weekend class options.
The environment was cosy and open, the people were warm and friendly and this was more than just the staff the other customers were also nice...this counts for a lot as it is really how your company and staff generate the future that speaks volumes. The tuition was also good, the staff seem to know there stuff which for me is important, I want to get something out of my work out and Barre is something you can cheat at or just not be aware you are dong wrong so it is important to me that the staff at interactive and knowledgeable.
I tried barre3 for the first time after it was recommended to me by a friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was introduced to the instructor prior to the beginning of class. The instructor asked me if I had any aches or pains, and I told her I had been having neck issues. During the class she continually gave options for ways to adjust the moves for those suffering back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, etc. This class was tailored to work for everyone! I had a wonderful workout and will definitely be going back.
Accessibility by geographic area and phone response. Very nice accommodations-clean, dressing rooms, storage for personal belongings, equipment indicating well thoughtout service. Thank you.
