This class was so much more than I originally thought it would be. I expected a light workout that I would not feel the next day, but had decided to give it a try with a friend. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! It was much more cardio than I expected, and the routine that we did had me feeling it the next day and the next! The instructor was quick to point out during every new movement that there were modifications for it if one was not at that point physically, so there is no fear of not being able to do the workout. No judgement here for those who are working towards their best self! I have already booked my next class!!

Something new and a challenge.
Loved the 45 minute class! Wish there were more during the week isn’t he evening. The perfect time to be able to commit to after a long day of work and I also don’t feel like my entire night is gone when I get home

After knee surgery I planned to use Barre3 as my PT. Erica Oliver, my teacher today, explained ways I could alter the exercises if they were too much for my knees and ways to protect my knees with proper positions. She was excellent!!! I’m sore tonight, but the right kind of sore one gets from a perfect workout!

I love Barre3!! Every instructor is so kind and motivated and helpful about teaching modifications to fit your strengths and weaknesses. They try so hard to personally connect with everyone - for example, I recently had surgery and they sent me a handwritten note wishing me well, and put stars around my name for my first class back. It's a fun, positive, INSPIRING place to workout.

I purchased a Junior League Shop Save Support card and Barre 3 was listed on there offering a discount for their charity endeavor. I am a member of the Junior League so this was important to me. I shopped around to other Barre companies that were also part of the charity card. Barre 3 in the Gulch had the absolutely BEST customer service. From the lady I spoke to on the phone (Laine Armour) who remembered me calling in the day before and greeted me by name when I walked in, to my instructor, Stephanie Kraemer who made me feel so welcomed and came up to me several times during the class and again after to check in on me. Barre 3 in the Gulch represented all that I was looking for. I have been a current member of Barry's Bootcamp and used the opportunity to support the Junior League to find a new fitness home. I will be recommending Barre 3 Gulch to all of my friends. Thank you!
