David was knowledgeable and very professional. He arrived at our location early and was ready to begin the assessment right away. For issues that were beyond his scope of practice, he clearly identified this. He made certain to reference himself as a generalist, not a specialist, given a few of my more pointed questions. I assume that David knew the answers to my more pointed questions given his engineering background, but did not extend himself beyond the credentialed advice he’s appointed to give. I appreciated this about him. David was thorough in his assessment and moved to each area of the property only after asking if I had questions concerning the area prior. My wife and I would recommend the service to anyone who respects the integrity he embodies. Thanks David!

Highland performed our pre-purchase home inspection. Jamie was our inspector and was incredible! Not only did he thoroughly and comprehensively inspect the house, he explained the entire process and showed us each and every thing he noted (the good and the bad). The process was quite illuminating as he felt more like a teacher helped us understand our future home vs. A simple inspector doing a job.

I highly recommend this company and if I ever purchase another home within their service range I will definitely use them again!!!
