Very personalized exercise plans, trainers involved with every workout, very friendly staff, staff becomes more than just your trainer they start to become new friends too. Many classes have the same frequent participants so you start to meet new friends while in class as well. Great training environment with effective, simple, and not excessively expensive equipment.
