Trainers, variety of exercises, small group size, community
I like the personalized service and the trainers themselves. I usually do classes. My only objection is that you seem to be adding more and more people to the classes (I was in one with seven people due to scheduling issues) and that's not acceptable to me. If you continue adding clients to classes, I will leave as that is far too many in such a small space.

I love the 2 classes that I've participated in. Everyone is very friendly. The trainers our great! I like the fact that the trainers focus on making sure my technique is correct. I want to get the most out of my workouts. I'm very excited to be back:)

Sean and Brandon are fantastic trainers- they are committed to helping you get back into shape. Each workout is a little bit tougher and I have had great results in a short time. Both of them are kind and funny which making working out a lot easier!
