I love the positive atmosphere of the store. I just went with a friend to get fitted for her first pair of running shoes. A lady fit her by the name of Christy I think. Her tag said "master fitter" and she really was!!! So very knowledgeable. I have no doubt when I come in that everyone is going to know what they are talking about and they always make you feel comfortable to ask any question at all.
I liked the "FIT" program to determine which pair of shoes are the best for each person. I liked the one-on-one attention.

I had a terrible problem with blistering before I went to Fleet Feet. Turns out it was my socks (of all things). Misty was the sales associate at the Tulsa store that assisted me. She was fantastic! She diagnosed the sock problem in addition to my foot pain, which came from poor arch support coupled with extremely high arches. I ran tonight in my new shoes and socks and I have never felt better after a run. I made a facebook post raving about how awesome Fleet Feet is. I will definitely be back!
Support for average people, including new runners & walkers. Especially like the emphasis on helping walkers since I have arthritis and am not supposed to run.

Katrina who waited on me was very knowledgeable, had me do the treadmill and I ended up buying a pair of shorts and ordering shoes and shorts. Great service, quick and easy...I got in and got out and then when I picked up my order, I tried on the shoes, paid and I was outta there.
The patience and individual attention I was shown. I left with the impression that my salesperson was genuinely concerned with fitting me with the right shoe.

I really enjoy the No Boundaries classes and the coaches and mentors. The customer service is WONDERFUL.
I loved the next steps training program. Cindy is a great coach because she is always prepared. She knows the routes very well and keeps a good pace. The P3 coach always seemed like she didn't know the route and had to turn around a lot. She also stops a lot without warning. I think she needs to be better prepared. Craig is a huge asset and he is awesome!
I also love the people in the store. Emily does an awesome job fitting shoes. Joel seems to be the go-to guy for questions the other store people don't know. However, Joel seems far away and distant like he's thinking of something else and doesn't make you feel he is really listening and trying to address your question. Otherwise I love the store and the training programs!!!
Where do I start? The fitting, the knowledge of and discussion with the sales staff. Your store and staff is fantastic!
