You checked the size of our feet (all 5 in the family needed new shoes) in more than one way to check for the proper shoe size. I really liked walking/running on the treadmill to see if there were any problems in the mechanics of our feet. You had many different brand of shoes to offer each of us.

I really like that your guys & gals look at how my feet work so I get the best fitting shoe &/or insert (I love my inserts)! You guys are great, I mean I bought two pair of shoes I liked them so much and they began to hurt my knees and you still took them back after 4 weeks. Then the young lady helping me was awesome. She answered all my question, and was very patient with me while I tried on different pairs of shoes.

I have been a loyal Fleet Feet customer ever since I began casual and 5K runs. About a year ago, I moved to Albuquerque. When I arrived in ABQ, I was horribly disappointed with the selection and sales pressure of the Albuquerque Fleet Feet. It wasn't at all like the professional service from running enthusiasts at FF Tulsa.
I always make a point of going back to Fleet Feet Tulsa to buy the next model year Saucony 'Omni' shoes with Super Feet orange inserts and whatever gear I need.
About a week ago, (July 19th) I returned for the first time since March. I knew exactly what I wanted (Omni 9 + Super Feet)and Anissa was there to help me. Her easy-going, friendly and professional help made the purchase easy, and I realized how much I missed FF Tulsa. I have been considering an amphipod water belt for a long time. I came back to get one after my first LaFortune run, deciding I needed to get one before FF Tulsa was hundreds of miles away.
Tulsa FF has spoiled me. I'm a customer for life.
