The people at Fleet Feet are very knowledgeable about the products. They try to fit you to the product that is best suited for you rather than what is most expensive, and I really appreciate that.
The variety of merchandise is great! The customer service during my last 2 visits was superb. I actually called ahead to request a patient and quick salesman due to be bringing in a 2 year old and a 10 week old for the first time for me to try on shoes! I know it wasn't the best shopping situation but I was desperate. As a new mom to two kids, I REALLY needed to jump back into to running, but my old, beaten down shoes were already giving me injuries in my back and knees. Austin met me in the shoe department with a friendly greeting and was GREAT!!!! He was fast, yet gave me the time I needed to fit my foot (which may have changed after pregnancy) and get the perfect shoe for my running needs. He was friendly to my children too, which means the WORLD to me. Too often I am turned off from a shopping experience if I receive negative vibes from sales clerks to my children. I know a two year is often a shopping nightmare, but an understanding and friendly saleclerk who engages my child can totally make a HUGE difference in my loyalty in returning to that store with my business. THANK YOU AUSTIN!!!!! He deserves a raise. :)
Everything. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I'm si glad I stumbled across couch to 5k. With so many people and so many different fitness levels, it's easy to feel comfortable and motivated. Thank you so much!

I like that everyone is friendly and willing to help, whether with answers to questions about running, footwear or clothing, I have never met a salesperson that didn't know the answer or wasn't willing to help. I have bought three pairs of great shoes at Fleet Feet.
I was so thankful that Lance took the time to educate me on the right type of shoe for me. I've never had personal service before and will definitely be back for my next pair of shoes! Thanks so much and I am sorry for not getting there sooner! :)

The staff at the downtown store is awesome! I've been in a few times in the past but on Friday the 3rd Christine helped me select a new pair of running shoes and some superfeet inserts. She was extremely helpful and friendly! She brought out several different shoes for me to try on and was a great help when it came to making my selection. I felt like I got one off service!
The fact that I have the choice of more than one pair of shoes in my swize and that they fit me. The service that I have recieved has been outstanding--knowledgable and curious.

I have always had a hard time finding comfortable tennis shoes. The very first time I went into FF for a new pair of shoes, the sales rep made sure we got the perfect fit. I recently went in there to get fitted for new running bra and tennis shoes after having a baby. I had the baby with me, she was very fussy. Michelle was SO kind and patient and she told me stories about her children (she mentioned she had a pretty fussy baby too). She told me if I ever needed anyone to talk to that she was there. I have always had a good experience each time I have gone into the store. I would highly recommend FF to my friends and family.

Although familiar with your store- I participate in Strollin Moms and we register for races there - we had not made any purchases. We both needed new running shoes and wanting to support your new store downtown, decided to go there as it is near our home and we'd had lunch downtown. We were thoroughly impressed with the process- have never had my walking/running analyzed before! My husband's shoes had to be ordered, but the shoes I purchased are great- I have not had such a comfortable pair in a long time. Yes, they are more than I've usually paid, but if they last longer and are more comfortable than prior shoes, they are worth it.
So we loved the overall experience- the associate was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly wanting to educate us and wanting to make sure we received the best product for our needs. I LOVE Strollin Moms- what a great program! I'm definitely more committed to exercising if I know I'm going to be doing it with friends. Michelle is great- very supportive! With Strollin Moms and your other training programs, most if not all of which are free I think, it's a statement that your company wants to support the overall health of the Tulsa area, not just sell running products. I appreciate that and will gladly continue to shop there and take part in programs that you make available.

I liked the fitting, the in depth attention given to ensure my son's received shoes that fit them the best. I knew fleet feet did that, but this was the first time we actually came to the store. The customer service was definitely not disappointing, you have a great staff.
The coaches and sales associates seem very knowledgable they are friendly and are very encouraging no matter what your athletic background or ability maybe.
I loved the way Drew was very helpful and informative about fitting me with the correct shoes and his great customer service prompted us two but 2 pairs of shoes as well as other accesories as well. I was thrilled!
