Attentive stylists
Been going to this location for a while now and the customer service is great. They are professional and courteous as soon as you walk in the door and always greated with a smile. I've been getting my hair cut by the same person since I started going Tracy Hickman and she does a outstanding job. She listened to what I wanted and needed the first time and cut my hair perfectly and has done so ever since without me saying anything else. I have taken my son in there a few times now. It has been great every time except the last time. My husband took him the last time and when they got home I noticed that his hair cut wasn't even. I fixed it but I feel if I am paying someone I shouldn't have to fix it. Other than that I have no complaints!
The customer service is absolutely great. They make you feel very comfortable and give you the haircut you're looking for. On top of that if you get the MVP treatment,that is definitely the way to go. Not only do they give you fresh new haircut,but they will even trim and line up your beard or any facial hair with the perfect style and length you,re looking for. After that they wash away all the loose cut hairs while you have a nice hot steamming towel on your face and all the while you are sitting in a reclined massage chair. How could it get any better than that, well let me tell you. Once you're done with that you get a personal back massage before you leave with a fresh haircut and feeling all fresh n clean. I have told all my friends about going there and they have all been satisfied as well. I will never go anywhere else to get my haircut from here on out. The manager Tracie at the Benicia,Ca. location is absolutely great and I highly recommend her.

The stylists were friendly and did a great job cutting both my and my husband's hair. And I absolutely LOVE the decor. Very comfortable and unpretentious yet stylish and fun.
The staff is very nice and attentive. I also like the masculine atmosphere at the shop. I like all the different things offered as well. I've also never had a bad haircut from there. I can't say that about any other shop. At most places you get good and bad cuts but here everyone seems very capable. My only complaint so far is that I didn't get a birthday coupon as I was told twice that I would. August is my birthday month and twice they have taken my information and put it into the computer but I haven't received it. Other than that, great place.
The greeting when I walked in, the place was clean, smiles, the services offered (WOW!, nice). Oh yeah, a great cut too! Left S-Cuts after 20 min without a greeting and saw SportsClips on my way out of the parking lot. Glad I stopped.
