I was very satisfied with Mike and the work he did for me. My carpet looks amazing and he was thorough and explained what he was doing and why. He went over the trouble spots twice and made sure that the spots that I had been concerned about were gone. He was efficient and careful and I was very pleased with everything!

We have hired Zerorez several times for carpet cleaning and they have done a phenomenal job. When I called with an emergency (two toddlers with a stomach virus and in desperate need of a carpet cleaning), they made it a priority to come as soon as they possibly could. Their customer service and finished product are both highly recommended by our family!
